| UK Delivery Rates
For our purposes the UK includes England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and all BFPO addresses. How will it be delivered? All items destined for UK addresses are dispatched by Recorded Post, Parcelforce or Initial City Link. How long will it take to arrive? - Standard Delivery - 2-5 days delivery to UK Mainland How do I check the whereabouts of my software? Upon receipt of you order we will email you a order confirmation which will give you estimated delivery date which is dependant on stock. Please check that the delivery address you gave us is correct on the order confirmation. If the package has not arrived 2 days after the estimated delivery date please email student@student-software.co.uk & we will check the status with the courier. We will then advise you of the details for the delay. At this point it would be worth checking to make sure that the courier has not tried to deliver when you have not been home, normally you will have a card through your letter box to inform you of this. |
